Since June 2017, Affinity has offered an expedited design feature in the Gateway. Here’s a breakdown of how it works.

Designs are typically reviewed within three business days. However, we realize that sometimes vendors are under a time crunch for a design approval. For only $3.75, any vendor can now choose the expedited option in order to have their design reviewed within 24 business hours! Since this option has been introduced, we have seen many vendors take advantage of expediting their designs, and the optional feature has been gaining popularity.

During the fall season, we saw an increasing pace of expedited design requests. We anticipate that the utilization of this tool will continue to grow. Here are examples of some ideal times to make use of the expedited design feature:

Events with Specific Dates

From date functions to philanthropy events, Greek members love to promote their events by wearing festive shirts. Busy college students often wait until the last minute to coordinate their orders. The expedited design feature could allow the vendor to get the order to the printer within a day of receiving the design from the customer.

Last Minute Designs

Sorority women might find out that they are paired with a little sister in their sorority only a week before they reveal themselves to their new little. The expedited design feature now allows them to get custom shirts in time for the cutest reveal photos.

Busy Seasons

Fall and spring are very busy times for design submissions. With recruitment, bid day, homecoming, and big/little reveal all happening within a few weeks of each other across hundreds of universities, the design volume is consistently high. Make sure your design is reviewed as soon as possible by expediting it.
