"This will work great for me. Not only does it make things easier, it can also be used by my accountant and that will eliminate me having to do the work twice." This was a response we got after releasing the new excel version of our royalty report template.

Here at Affinity, providing our licensed vendors with the tools necessary to succeed is important to us. We often receive feedback and assess our methods to ensure we have provided the very best tools to assist our vendors with meeting licensing requirements. As such, one of the requirements of a licensed vendor is to submit quarterly royalty reports with a certain level of detail. In the past, we have provided all vendors with a PDF royalty template; however, we heard amongst our vendors that an excel version would be beneficial.

We released the excel template as a downloadable option in time for the Q4 (April-June) reporting season and have received great feedback. After using the excel template for the first time, another one of our vendors noted, "Royalties usually take me 6-7 hours each quarter but this one only took me about an hour and a half which is very valuable!"
